1. Service Owner Identification

This document governs access to, use of, and contracting of the MyImpactNarrative service, owned by:

Company: VIEWVALUE LLC DBA myimpactnarrative.ai Registered Address: 848 Brickell Ave, Suite 950, Miami, FL 33131, United States Service Contact Email: admin@myimpactnarrative.ai Corporate Contact Email: info@viewvalue.io Website: https://myimpactnarrative.ai

2. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the MyImpactNarrative platform, software offered under a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription model that enables individual professionals in the impact sector — including climate, international development, conservation, sustainability, and social impact — to generate AI-assisted career positioning materials, including career narratives, CV summaries, LinkedIn profile rewrites, cover letter frameworks, and interview preparation, based on inputs provided by the user.

3. User Scope and User Type

The MyImpactNarrative service is intended for individual professionals (B2C) who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding subscription agreement. Optional team, enterprise, and partnership arrangements may be offered subject to separate commercial agreements. Access to and use of the service implies acceptance of these Terms in full.

4. Service Access

4.1 Access Methods

MyImpactNarrative offers free demo access upon request to evaluate the platform, paid subscription access at the published monthly rate (currently USD 97 per month, cancellable at any time with no long-term commitment), and optional human coaching add-ons such as career clarity sessions, narrative review, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and reference strategy, available on demand at the rates published on the platform.

4.2 Authentication System

Access to the platform is provided through an account-based authentication system. Users register using a valid email address and a password of their choosing, or through supported third-party single sign-on providers. The user is solely responsible for the custody and confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. The user must notify MyImpactNarrative immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected compromise of their account.

5. Service Description and Technical Operation

MyImpactNarrative offers an AI-powered Career Positioning System. The user uploads their CV and answers a structured set of reflective questions (the 14-question framework), and the platform processes those inputs through artificial intelligence systems to generate a career narrative, CV summary, LinkedIn About section and headline suggestions, cover letter framework, interview preparation, and gap analysis. All AI-generated outputs are grounded exclusively in the inputs provided by the user; the system does not invent credentials, qualifications, or experience.

User inputs and AI-generated outputs are stored within the user’s account for the duration of the subscription so that the user can return to, edit, iterate on, and download their materials. Data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption (TLS), and data at rest is protected in accordance with the security measures described in the Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe; MyImpactNarrative does not store full payment card details on its own systems. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the user’s account, and upon cancellation or termination, account data is retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Data, Documents, and User Responsibility

6.1 User-Provided Content

The user is solely responsible for the CV, questionnaire answers, work history, and any other content they choose to upload or input into the service. The user warrants that the content they upload is accurate and is their own, or that they have a sufficient legal basis to process and submit it; that the content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable regulations; and that their use of the service complies with applicable data protection legislation.

6.2 Third-Party Personal Data

MyImpactNarrative is designed to process the user’s own professional information and does not require third-party personal data for its operation. However, the user acknowledges that the documents they upload may incidentally contain personal data of third parties (such as former colleagues, managers, or referees), acting in such case as the data controller for said data. VIEWVALUE LLC assumes no responsibility for third-party personal data uploaded by the user in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Data Processing and Artificial Intelligence

Content and data processed through the service are used to provide the service to the user, including generation of personalized career positioning materials, and are stored within the user’s account so that the user can revisit and iterate on their materials, in line with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold to third parties and is not used to train, retrain, validate, or improve foundation AI models without the user’s explicit, informed consent. Processing through external AI providers is performed in accordance with contracts that ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including the GDPR where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Content Ownership

The user retains all intellectual and industrial property rights over the CV, questionnaire answers, and other inputs they provide, as well as over the AI-generated outputs produced from those inputs (career narrative, CV summary, LinkedIn copy, cover letter, interview preparation, and related materials). VIEWVALUE LLC does not acquire any rights over user content.

8.2 Platform Ownership

VIEWVALUE LLC holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over the MyImpactNarrative platform, including its code, architecture, design, interfaces, methodology (including the 14-question framework and the AI Constitution), the LinkedIn Networking Masterclass, training content, trademarks, and distinctive signs.

9. Prohibited Uses

It is expressly prohibited to use the service to process unlawful information or information without a legal basis; fabricate credentials, qualifications, employment history, or other professional information; violate fundamental rights or the rights of third parties; introduce malware, malicious code, or carry out attacks; attempt to access accounts, credentials, or data of other users; perform reverse engineering, decompilation, scraping, or extraction of the software, prompts, or methodology; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing product; or engage in uses contrary to good faith or public order.

10. Service Availability

VIEWVALUE LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, without this implying an obligation of uninterrupted availability. The owner does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or technical incidents.

11. Limitation of Liability

The user acknowledges that results generated by artificial intelligence systems are automatic in nature, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and do not substitute professional, legal, financial, recruitment, or career advice from a qualified human professional. Career outcomes, including being shortlisted, interviewed, hired, or promoted, depend on many factors outside the control of MyImpactNarrative, and the service does not guarantee any specific career outcome.

VIEWVALUE LLC shall not be liable for decisions made by the user based on service results, indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of information, or content provided by the user.

12. Suspension and Cancellation

VIEWVALUE LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the service when improper or unlawful use is detected, when payment is not received or a payment dispute is unresolved, when system security is compromised, or when required by legal obligation. The user may cancel their subscription at any time through their account. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Economic Conditions and Contracting

The standard subscription is offered at the published rate (currently USD 97 per month) and is billed monthly in advance through the platform’s payment processor. Optional human coaching add-ons are charged at the rates published on the platform at the time of purchase. Any team, enterprise, or partnership arrangement shall be governed by the specific commercial agreement entered into with the client. Prices may be updated from time to time. Any change to the recurring subscription price will be notified to existing subscribers in advance and will only take effect on the next renewal.

14. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data derived from the use of the service is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy, available on our website.

15. Modifications

VIEWVALUE LLC may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email or in-product notice with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from the access, use, or contracting of the service shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable consumer protection regulations provide otherwise for users acting as consumers.
